A great value but as of this date… look for the combo package with tail light for under $2 more.

A great little light. One LED shines sort of straight down… others out front…want it as a middle of no where headlight maybe not… but the ocassional dark space even blinking NO ISSUE seing what is in front of me.

Dispite the not a head light complaint…. have had many peple say boy is that bright… and reflective signs light up like daylight…. definitely gets you noticed… and blue white and way it flashs gets some to think maybe you are even a cop…

A GOOD thing for a bike rider in an inattentive car environment.

Cheaply made Bicycle light. Brittle plastic, internal components, Chinese made, one drop will damage it.

I use this as a walking light only, since my other one like it broke when I dropped it.

If using for a Bicycle light, it’s better than nothing but I would invest in something more durable, powerful. It’s not really suitable for seeing the road in front of you.

Cheap Chinese Batteries included, the light takes 4 AAA batteries.

It has 3 modes, 2 slow flashing/blinking and concentrated solid beam.

There is an annoying ring of light that makes you dizzy too.

Don’t buy this headlight. It turns off everytime I ride over the smallest bump. This makes it useless. The bracket that attaches to the handlebar is okay – it fits well and stays on securely. The light attaches into this bracket and has a quick release. This attachement and release work well enough. The light takes 4 AAA batteries. It has two modes, solid or flashing. The headlight has 5 led bulbs and is not bright at all. It is only useful to be seen, not to see the road. But because it goes out at every little bump, it is not functional at all even just to be seen. Also, there is an annoying ring of light that you will want to tape over with black electrical tape since it is distracting to have light coming out in areas other than the front. A friend bought the same headlight and had all the same problems. It will be a waste of money. You might get a brief period of use before it starts going out constantly.

Pros:
Light output is adequate for use as a “be seen” light. The Strobe mode gets attention.
Dirt Cheap. (You can find this light on eBay for less than $5).

Cons:
Not bright enough to actually illuminate the road.
NOT DURABLE AT ALL. Cheaply made. The handlebar mount broke on the first bump I hit, and I had to glue it back together. The rubber piece covering the onoff switch easily falls off. And finally, the light itself stopped working after 45 minutes (with brand-new batteries).
Some of the light shines backwards, which can be very annoying on strobe mode.

Verdict: Spend a little more, and get a durable light from a reputable company, such as Planet Bike, Cateye, or Niterider.
