The bottom bracket holder on the stand came broken in the mail. I called the company and they told me top contact Topeak directly. I suggested that it was their responsibility to do so and they said they would … several weeks have gone by and I have not had the part replaced.

I was very excited to receive my new Topeak PrepStand only to hear pieces of it rattling around in the box. Then learned I had to assemble it’s many parts with metric allen wrenches that were not supplied. It is overly complex with a bad design that allows the frame saddle to slip out when turned at an angle, which lets your precious bike slip out and fall to the floor…….No thanks. I returned it and purchased an “Ultimate Support” repair stand…..simple and strong. I give the Topeak PrepStand an “F”
