I purchased a pair of these a couple of years ago, and they were awesome. Super, super bright, reliable, easy install. But when I had to change the batteries, I noticed that a misalignment between the battery holders and the side access holes meant that the battery furthest from the LED was impossible to remove without damaging the unit.

When it works it was a great idea. But of course, one of the lights that functions as an on/off switch stopped working in under 10 uses. Chinese made crap.
