This saddle does what it’s made for: provide comfort. However, it is important to know that it takes a few miles of riding first, to break this seat in. When I initially got on it, it wasn’t very comfortable and I almost returned it, but after about 25 miles or so, it became wonderful.
The saddle is made with high quality material and it’s very stylish. It also does a good job at reducing vibrations/shocks.
My only complaints are that the design stickers on the top of the seat started to peel off after a short while and the seat is slightly heavier than I would have liked (it’s still pretty light- approx. 1 pound- but it’s heavier than the Planet Bike ARS Saddle w/ Gel, which I’ve also tried). Overall, though, you really can’t go wrong with this seat. It’s a solid purchase.

Initially, when I got this seat I thought I could raise my seat higher and push it back farther than I normally would. Big mistake, my perineum started hurting even after my short daily commute (~5mi). No doubt I was confused about getting this with so many good reviews.

My solution was to angle the seat down and put the seat height and distance from handlebars as I normally would. Problem solved! I think having drop handlebars makes me put more pressure on the nose, so tilting it down really helped. After two weeks I feel much better now and pain has completely disappeared.

Basic the moral of the story is that this product isn’t some magic bullet. I shouldn’t have assumed that in the first place.

I have tried at least a dozen bike seats before I tried this one. This is the only seat that did not cause uncomfortable numbness during long rides!!

I use this saddle on my stationary bike. It works real well, there is no more numbness that was attributed to the old set. Well worth it
