I love this helmet. I was looking for a budget helmet for my commute to work. It’s affordable, looks great, and has a lot of adjustment. You can adjust the size and the side straps. The side straps can be adjusted for length, backward and forward. No crash test yet

If you live in a cool climate – this Schwinn helmet may be OK for you. Anywhere else? Forget it! I had one of these several years ago (before I knew better). Simply not enough openings to allow proper air flow. And none in the rear – NONE!
Staying cool in warmer months is very important. Look into some thing like a Giro Indicator Sport Bike Helmet or an Avenir Rush Bike Helmet before shelling out $18.36 for this piece of – fill in word of your choice.

This helmet seems to work well. Has a good fit and is comfortable. I hope I don’t need to do any impact tests with it.

This helmet is great if you have a larger head. I am sure it is good for small also as it has this floating adjustable band that you tighten in the back. I can never find hats to fit me and found the same problem when I went looking for a bike helmet. I am just starting to ride my bike again and can only ride to the corner which is not far at all but being a klutz I think it was time to wear a helmet. Wisdom comes with age and also with recovering from so many injuries.
To top it off it is such a wonderful shade of blue.
