I have had the Schwinn Wireless bike computer for a month and am very pleased with it. The installation and calibration instructions and execution were reasonably straight-forward. The computer itself has the usual features, including time, total miles, trip miles, trip time, maximum speed and average speed, with a large readout for miles/km/hr. It also has an unusual feature: it can be set to “scan” whereby elapsed time, trip distance, average speed and maximum speed rotate automatically in 3-4 second intervals. This means you don’t have to touch the computer on most rides to get up-to-date info on these four key functions, which to me is both a convenience and a safety benefit. In Tucson at least, there seems to be no interference from traffic signals, a problem I have had with some computers in the past.
