Purchased this stand to restore my vintage Schwinn.
Have to give it mixed review overall – 4 stars.
Instructions = terrible, but I had the thing 80% together before I even found them wadded up in the box. so not a huge deal for someone adept enough to work on thier bike in the first place.
Construction is adequate – not as adjustable as some, but holds the bikes as designed.
I had to bend the clamp for the downtube to make it at an angle that would fit my cantilever frame. but for a ‘standard’ diamond shaped frame, it would fit perfect.
Also, as noted in other reviews, if the bike has a kickstand it won’t fit, mine had to be removed to fit.
I also fit a old pre-BMX frame on here and had problems getting it to line up nicely so both clamps would fit, but now it’s on there it is stable and easily moved / worked on.

Bottom line – if you have a ‘diamond’ bike – fixie, track bike, old school mountain bike or BMX – this is perfect and will fit nicely.

I bought this stand for my bike shop and it works great. It is inexpensive, sturdy, and assembles in minutes. This stand will hold just about any bike.

Bought one for my mountain bike. Its downtube is 1 3/4″ diam., which barely fits. Can’t go over that otherwise the clamp won’t work. Also tube shapes that are not round won’t work.

Agree with everyone else’s reviews about assembly instructions, although, if you can’t assemble this stand you probably shouldn’t be working on a bike. It came with two hex keys which was a nice touch.

I found the stand to be acceptably stable. Each leg has a leveling bolt with a nut to lock it in place.

Overall, the stand is for someone who does routine maintenance on one or two similar bikes with conventional tube frames.

Terrible product. Do NOT buy. Knob to tighten broke off immediately. Will NOT fit larger tube mountain bikes, only small tubing bikes.
