Works great. Hardware allows flexibility of installation. I installed mine with Cascadia fenders, it all fits together fine.

This is very sturdy and well-made rack. I had to bend the mounting strips to make it align correctly, but otherwise a good fit for my 700C hybrid.

As another reviewer noted, the nuts and bolts included are totally inadequate. They don’t even give you enough nuts, and the bracket didn’t really fit my bike. Be prepared to take a trip to the hardware store. Sort of ridiculous they couldn’t get this easy step right.

First of all, it is not oversized, just standard.
The fasteners are small and the nuts are hard to install . I replaced them along with the two clamps which would not fit. Support brackets had to be bent to allow installation. It took considerable time to get the rack installed so it would be level. The shortest screws that were to be used for the lower mount were so long that they interferred with the outer sprocket. I had to replace them altogether.

I would not reccommend this product.
