Pearl iZUMi Barrier Lobster Cycling GloveBlackX Small – Reviews

Keep my fingers warm and latches on nicely on to my jacket to prevent any cold air from entering through sleeves. If you sweat on your palms, then its better to wear some thin absorbing gloves underneath.

Been using these in snow and -10 weather and they have been a lifesaver cycling to work every day. They are quite warm and live up to the PI name. This is definitely one of the cases where you are paying for the quality of the gloves rather than a brand name. In all, for those with poor circulation or chronic cold hands, this is the solution. I’ve now started using them for everyday tasks as well and even in -20, I’ve had warm fingers.

So far the best gloves to about 0 degrees i’ve used.As stated before gloves run on the small size,so order one size larger than you wear now.

I don’t have great circulation in my hands, so they still get a little cold. I took a ride in 35 degrees with a 10 MPH wind, and after an hour my hands were still cold. I tried adding wool glove liners, but they were so bulky that my hands actually ended up colder. I’m looking into silk glove liners to see if they help.

I decided to upgrade to an XXL size of gloves instead of XL, but the XXL are barely larger then the XL. I was very disappointed because I wanted to be able to put on liners and have them fit nicely inside the XXL, but they’re still a little snug. I will update this review after I’ve taken a cold ride.
