The construction of these is great. They look great and hold up. I have two of them that are working great. Plenty of storage easy to access. These are not water proof or water resistant. The size is too large for proper pedal stroke. I kept kicking them and knocking them off the rack. The solution was to add some extending bars to the bike rack. With the extension they are great. Also they tend to roll into the wheel. You have to use a cord to pull the front towards the bike. This is my first set of panier packs but with a slight modification they are working out great…

I got one of these for Christmas and I think it is great. The metal hooks have scratched up my rack a bit, but they can hold a good bit of weight. I use this for hauling files going to/from one of my jobs. They are not waterproof so I need to be careful about that, but for the price they seem durable and stable. I do mount them as far back on my rack as is possible to avoid heel strikes because they are large, but they are extremely useful and affordable and look way more professional than pulling my completed work out of a large backpack.

If you’re looking for a tough bike bag that won’t give in under the weight of all your stuff, this is it. I use mine to schlep my work gear twice a day, every day and it has stood tough. It is also somewhat water resistant.

The steel pannier hooks are especially good as you don’t have to worry about their breaking.

The only downside is that the zipper to the front small pocket was not sewn on well.
