Let me first start by saying that for a man I have pretty small hands, but obviously not as small as I thought. I ordered these in size XS (extra small) because usually gloves tend to stretch out as they become broken in, and I hate having that extra gap in the fingertips as a result. So when I got them, as I attempted to put the left glove on, the material tore at the part where the wrist meets the palm. Granted, I should have used the sizing chart and ordered the size S instead, the fact that the material tore so easily really threw me for a loop. These are $70 gloves! And not only that, they are OAKLEY gloves for cryin’ out loud! Then I looked at the tag, and there it is: “Made in Vietnam.” THERE’S a shocker. Ok, aside from the fitment and material tearing the way it did, the carbon knuckle is the real reason I wanted these in the first place, because I’m a carbon fiber nut. Well, as it turns out, the carbon knuckle IS NOT shiny as you see in the picture above, but just dull. It IS real carbon fiber though, but don’t let the picture deceive you, its not gonna look like that Seibon carbon fiber hood on your Nissan GT-R. I used these gloves for moving tree limbs and brush and the material on the palms is already torn up considerably after only one day of work. Maybe these are not made for work, but rather tactical and/or military use, or even snowboarding, but come on man. One day? Terrible. I cannot recommend these. If I were you, I would go with a pair of Alpine Stars. They also feature the carbon fiber knuckle, but apparently have better reviews than these.

I bought these as a gift for my husband. He really likes them. They are high quality gloves and fit great. They are very comfortable.

Perfect fit. Great for using these gloves at the shooting range. You may have to get use to the gloves comfort. Overall, I love these gloves and I don’t mind buying a second pair if I ever wear them out.
