The quality was good but it did not fit my bike therefore is not universal. I has to return it. I should have read the other reviews thoroughly.

The product itself seems very stylish and looks to be of solid construction. However, be warned:
#1) It didn’t come with any instructions. For someone used to modding bikes it might all seem to be a no-brainer, but newbies will be a little bit mystified by all the extra pieces.
#2) It didn’t come with enough screws. It seems as if you’re given just enough screws to mount the rack to your bike if you can do that in one shot. However, if you wind up needing to use the additional pieces to get the rack to fit the holes on your bike, you’re on your own.
#3) It’s not really *universal*. Although I could technically mount the rack without problem it wound up being far too short for my Schwinn Ranger mountain bike. I don’t know if that’s because it wasn’t really meant for mountain bikes or because there were additional pieces I was supposed to get but didn’t. If the former is the case, then the product description should really say, “Meant for ____ bikes rather than saying *universal fit.*” At any rate, my advice to you is that if you’re really unsure of whether this rack will fit yours, don’t take the chance of buying it; try a rack with a better product description.
