Michelin Airstop 700c x 18-23mm 40mm PRESTA valve (non threaded) tube 93g .9mm thick butyl tube for increased puncture resistance ………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………. i should have read more reviews before buying these tubes. it is not the valve i was looking for. it dos not have a threaded end for the nut so it is not secure. These are spares for me so they will be fine. I purchased 6 to go with new tires for 2 bikes, plus some spares. The first 3 popped within minutes of inflating, didn’t try the rest and went to the local bike shop to find higher quality tubes. It’s possible that something was wrong with my rims, and I did buy new liners to go with my replacement tubes. However, the tires I was replacing on my rims were not blown and had served me well for the past 4 years. I was simply upgrading to some new thinner tires 700×21 from my old 23s. Not a good choice. No threads on valve stem make it difficult to inflate with pump, and almost impossible with a CO2 device. Purchased 6 Put in three

All three got popped within 2 minutes after installation two of which were on the bike in the air.
Before you go accusing me of not knowing how to install tubes correctly I purchased Bontrager(sp?) tubes from a local shop and had no problems.
