i’ve been using this brand of cleat for three years, this is about the third pair i’ve bought. i like the free movement.

Being new to cycling I really didn’t know good from bad but these cleats work great. I had read to go with the 4.5 degree ones first then the 9 degrees, but I opted for these to start with. They seem to wear well and should last some time.
