I got this seat for my wife, for going on rides together. She’s gone a dozen or so times with me, and always complains of her rear and “special” areas hurting a lot, from the narrowness of the seat, and the horn. We first tried a gel slip on cover, but didn’t help. Decided it was the narrowness, and not lack of cushioning. So, I bought this for her. And it is HUGE. My wife is not big at all… 120 lbs soaking wet, so when she’s sitting on the seat, she barely has an inch or two hanging off on each side. The seat is not made of jello, as the product description specifies “not too soft, not too firm”. It’s still not as comfortable as a lazy boy, but for 10 milers, she’s stopped complaining.

Actually tried a couple other seats before this one. Definitely comfortable and a little wider than others I’ve tried. I’m keeping this one.

NO way around it, this is one HUGE bicycle saddle. Since both I and the bicycle are also huge, it fits me just fine, and is very comfortable. Double sprung means you can go over curbs, cracks, and ruts, no problem. I bought it mostly for the cheap price, I installed it, and now, you’ll have to pry it from my cold dead HANDS.

It does not look out of place on a Utility bike, or a cruiser, and even if I weren’t riding one of these, I’d still mount it. To heck with the looks, I ride a bike for function, not gram counting. Four stars just because I have only ridden maybe 10 saddles, and there are so many still to ride.

I just purchased this bike seat for my wife. She is a plus sized girl weighing around 175 to 180 lbs. The stock seat that came with the bike was a little too small for her and she would start feeling pain after 10 to 15 minutes of riding. I decided to get this for her after reading some of the reviews here on amazon. I am glad to report that after adjusting the seat for her it works great and she tells me she no longer feels the pain that she was feeling earlier.
