I bought this belt and have run several multi mile sessions with it. Outstanding product. The belt has good hold around the waist and the bottles stay put. I recommend this to anyone considering a fuel belt.

For years I wore a Camelback or hid water bottles along my route when running long distances, but when you’re running 90+ minutes in 90+ degree temps fluid convenience is a necessity and a Camelback can feel quite warm. This product fits well (I’m a female size 6 and ordered a medium–I wear the belt most comfortably on my hips) and doesn’t bounce like some of the other products out there. I have no problem with arm swing interference–wear the belt at a different angle, if need be. I also have no problem with bottles leaking (I don’t fill them up to the very top, though). They are very secure in the elastic holders but at the same time aren’t difficult to get in or out.

About the only thing I did notice slightly was the weight, maybe due to my center of gravity being different while wearing the belt on my hips. But I’m used to carrying small plastic water bottles in my hands, so maybe I’ll get used to this over time.

I bought this last August for a marathon in January. The bottle size is great and the belt doesn’t annoyingly bounce up and down when running. I use the belt for all of my training runs. The only thing is the size of the pouch. It would be nice if it was just a tad bit bigger to put my gels, inhaler, tissues, etc. in. Other than that, I highly recommend this product.

I love my fuel belt. I had to buy one to join a half marathon training program and was a little irritated because I was being “forced” to buy this. But – after doing some research and purchasing the Helium Fuel Belt, I found I loved it. I love having water with me all the time on my long runs and I don’t even go on a short run without it anymore. This product is very well made – very light and the bottles are balanced well. I was worried I would sweat right around the middle with it, but I don’t at all. I have had no problems with leaking caps as other reviewers have. I just make sure and screw them on tight and everything is fine. I will say that the pouch is very small and I ended up ordering the medium sized pouch that fits on this model. That pouch is MUCH better, but was a little frustrated it didn’t come with the belt originally. Overall a great buy and and great investment.
