This little bag was smaller than I thought it was going to be, but it’s a good size just to hold my cellphone and housekey. Still even with its small size it does NOT fit under my seat, which is what I bought it for. There is not enough clearance between the seat and the rear reflector to fit this, especially with the springs under the seat. Perhaps this is just the design of my bike. It’s not a big problem, I just hand it off the center of my handlebars instead.

Bag appears well made, only complaint is the velco straps that are too long or do not have enough velcro depending on your viewpoint. I have mounted this to a Fizik saddle and a 27.2 seat post. The velcro is not of the best quality and is too long for the 27.2 seat post so keeps coming apart and abrading my shorts. Similar issue with the velcro for under the saddle where it could be shorter or more velcro for more adjustment.
Agree this bag is too big and too small at the same time. It does not completely fit under the saddle, but I find I have to make som choices on what I can fit in.
