Less secure then Toe Clips with shoulder straps, but cheaper and easier to get in and out of. Really helps in positioning of the foot and provides a return on the accident stroke up the peddle. If what you do are fast travel when mounting and dismounting the bicycle often occurs, they are for you. If you start to stretch your distance, and then perhaps Toe Clips with straps (or same clip-less peddles) agree you (but be prepared to pay more for these options).

I thought that this would be a great addition to my suburb. I finally withdraw after a hike. These could be fine if you have small feet, but I found does not to my size 12 s as they flexed and folded. They are now in my junk mail box, but I can the screws to the wall and used as the tool hangers.

Bought these for my Hybrid Bike Trek. None of the installation instructions are included, are not on the site Web of Delta. Given that my sliding pedal reflectors on both sides, necessary for drilling in the pedals to climb my own holes. Since they now have recess in the pedal a little, I cannot really position my foot comfortably. With sport shoes, they also tend to crush the toes a little. You do not know if there is nothing better, assumes that I will manage for now.

Great set of toeclips for the suburbs or rider casual, that keep your foot correctly placed on the pedal for more effective action. Certainly the age-old hawking is made a little easier, as the runner can give a small sweater to pedal on depolarization and a good push non-slip bottom. Mountain bikers serious you something more “robust”.
Lots of material for connector, although some stocks pedals may not have the correct holes in them, (for me it is the fault of pedals stocks cheap, pas fault of this product).
Easy to slip in and out of, therefore no problem to the no traffic lights.
