Excited to get this…but, lets start with the experience.

Shipping, took a week to get this…and it ships from IL, I live in Washington DC. You pay…you wait and wait.

Product, feels solid and sturdy but they dont give you the option to choose colors..I later discovered the colors and patterns from the actual manufacturers site.

Fit, As many reviewers on the retail site will mention, this does not fit 75 percent of the bikes sold from Bike stores with brands such as Trek, Cannondale, etc. This thing wasnt even close in fitting my VERY standard Trek or GT (both comfot bikes by the way). Not even close. This will fit bikes with very small neck/stems, like bikes from Walmart, Target etc.

I was dissapointed…some reviewers from the retail site said they need to make a US spec version, rather than the Euro. and update the “universal” clamp to the present times. Oh, and you wait one week to get it, doesent fit..now you have to PAY to ship it back. I wasted time, and m

it is a good seat, except it doesn’t fit our bike. I studied reveiws and hope we can be an exception. but too bad we are not. I tried to find the ATB bracket for mountain bikes that mentioned in their product instruction, it is sold by European websites. I will return it tomorrow.
give one star just as a warning. This is not about quality.

This bike seat is amazing! It took me 15 minutes to put on myself, it comes with the tools that work perfectly. It’s extremely sturdy, looks great, not bulky, my 8 month old loves going for rides, much more exciting than a stroller ride. I have a cruiser style bike and it fits very well with it because he is high enough my knees do not bump the seat, and my handle bars go up and around him. Great customer service as the box was delivered in rough shape and a small piece had fallen out of the box, one quick call and two new replacement parts came in a few days later.
The only problem I have with this seat is the buckle for the straps is extremely hard to release and I end up just losening the straps to get him in and out. It’s annoying, but we love the seat too much to give it any less than 4 stars.

I read a few reviews of users successfully mounting the bobike mini+ on their mountain bikes, but not sure how much extra money was needed if a different stem was installed. In my case, I have a Specialized Expedition with a y-frame and quil stem. Unfortunately, after receiving the bobike, I found out that I would have to switch out the stem for a longer one, which will cost me $40 (2/3 the price of the bobike itself) not including labor. We also bought an extra mounting kit for my wife’s Novara mountain bike, but the bobike won’t fit on that one either. The stem needs to be replaced too. We researched quite a bit and really hoped that the bobike mini+ was going to workout. We really like how the mounting hardware wasn’t too large and in the way in case we wanted to go on our own and hit the trails hard. Being able to switch the seat from one bike to another was the main reason why we decided on this. Too bad it didn’t work out. So, now we are looking at the ibert and weerid
