If you are lucky, you will be sold a bottle with your new bike so you can start using the product on an ultra-clean string. Regular reintroduction will keep clean and lubed indefinitely. The self-cleaning properties of single wax base actually work. Disgruntled users probably did not followed instructions: Shake. apply to a clean chain; Let dry after application.

I don’t like the mess of oil, so I used this for years. The trick is to carefully scouring your chain before using it. Then I apply it after every few rides. Strings appears to take a long time. No cleaning is necessary – just add more White Lightning (now Clean Ride) and then remove the excess with an old towel. It should be dry before riding, therefore I lubricating when I finish a ride.
Grace LiuMake sure you scouring your chain before applying lubrication. Lubrication of wax will also retain dirt away. There is not much to say about other lubrication that works and it helps my bike perform the way it should. White lightning products are highly recommended by some racers who I hang with. I also bought degreaser and cleaner. Everything works very well!

I used it a few times and now it is holding well. I’ll date it if / when it breaks or begins to be less effective.
My only complaint is that I apparently don’t know how it drain. I put in my white lightning wax, crossing the channel, then cleaned by filling with water to rinse. All that was done was it put a waxy layer everywhere outside of the cleaner haha, but I guess I should wear gloves of rubber in any way, so I don’t worry about it.
To clean up my channel I uses a cloth outside the chain of whipe of first, then I filled the cleaner on line with white wax lightning, and then run it through, then let it dry (generally during the night), and then I whipe the outside the chain down again with a clean cloth.

I have owned Park chain cleaners for nearly twenty years. The finish line more own works much better. Brushes connect the links to clean grunge outside the centres. Perfect.
Don’t know why I waited so long to try to the finish line.

I have owned two. They work well, but if you drop of ~ 3 feet (the height at which you’ll use it on a bike stand) they break. Each broke out on the first drop. It would be a good product if they simply made a less fragile plastic. It is a tool and tools get dropped.

I used before string cleaners, so I was very disappointed when it broke in its first use. He clean the chain, but clips that hold the lid in place are ‘ too tight. If you buy one, you can relax before wire clips for use. I will replace by Nashbar chain cleaner.[...]

Crossing a dirty chain… wonders…Well built. Details little help. This is certainly of high quality. The price is not super cheap, but it is reasonable and worth every penny! I have no fear of its breakdown to the bottom or if dysfunction early. Easy to use. Very robust.

The concept is amazing – just spray to remove grease and dirt from string and VCR. No watery mess, no pipe, no treatment. It seemed to work fine for me when I did it, but not satisfied, it removes as much fat as the old fashioned way. Also, I emptied the bottle after only 2 applications! I could save it for proper cleaning of limited time and stick with treatment when I have the time to do right.

I used this on my mountain bike and it worked quite well, but not as well as I hoped. I was hoping it would be fair band realistic just own, but was perhaps not? I guess that I don’t want it the paint stripping! I say can only lasted a few cleanups, whose price was a little disappointing.

I bought this degreaser to degrease a 30 year old road bike rear derailleur and chain. You don’t believe the 30 years of grime and gunk on this string, that when I used degreaser Man, it seemed better than ever. I didn’t replace all parties (except tires/tubes) I strongly recommend this product. It leaves force which can long. Remember that a little it goes a long way.
I would buy this new. As well as other products of finishline.

Simple green at full concentration is a very affordable and “green” way to keep your own powertrain. For a really thorough cleaning, I would like to use Simple Green (full complement) in the Park cleaner CM-5 string, and then run through the 5 CM with water, followed by a second series of Green Simple then a final rinse water. The Park cleaner is late, but spendy.

as if by magic. at one point really difficult getting it delivered. It took 3 trials (and 2 months), but I finally have the delivery.

I got it and used it to clean my bike. Its own, but not everything clean. He y still some dirt and grime, flying over. Spray just doesnt work you gotta get a brush and scrub. This is not a degreaser, therefore, the string and everything that has grease on it will not come off the coast. My bike look just clean again. And I used more than half of the bottle, for having cleaned up the way it is now. Next time perhaps I just uses soap and water that is less expensive. OH for the string string Purifier helps really much.

This tip cleans up really well.
I almost did not buy it because I wanted the option to use it and not having to bike to the pipe of apartment complexes and pay money to rinse off the coast, but it does say in the info if you can use it without water (while a similar product by Pedro says its good with) or without water), but when I actually got the bottle, she says it can be used as a spray and wipe off (but I haven’t yet tried this)
