It’s not very good because it cannot tightly fit on the seat (keep moving. It would be better if using non-flexible texture.

I bought this to use in Spin classes at the gym but experienced one of my most uncomfortable classes ever as a result. First, it barely fit on the seat. My primary complaint, however, is that the gel in the back half of the cover is quite a bit thicker than the gel in the front…this essentially put me on a slope. If I let go with one hand to grab my water or tried to sit up straight, the seat would essentially propel me forward — my pelvis would tilt at an awkward angle and I’d have to grab onto the handles to keep from losing my balance. It wasn’t too bad when I was leaning forward resting on the handles, but even then I had to be careful to not slide forward and down the slope of the seat cover. As far as I’m concerned, it was money wasted and I’ll never use it again!! I’d rather go without a gel cover at all. Maybe I’ll leave it at the gym and hope someone steals it.

I saw a lot of negative comments on this seat, but I love it! I use it on a Gym owned ‘Spinner’ bike, and it relieved nearly all the pain I would normally get on both my sensitive areas as well as my tail bone. I don’t know how it would work for a man, but it is great for me. I also don’t have any problems with it moving or sliding around like some people have said. I think on a road bike, it would add too much weight and might move around, but on the stationary bike it is fine.

We aren’t “sports” riders, just ride around town & some parks, but allows him to be comfortable for a few hour ride.
