Only complaint is that I need to add a fender to keep the serious rain from splashing up. The vendor did me right by this. this is a great rack. it’s lightweight and narrow, but it’s strong! seatstay attachments are unique and sturdy. People with road bikes have few choices when it comes to putting a rear rack on. Mine even has braze-ons for a rack, but big mountain bike racks look a bit ridiculous on a bike with 23mm tires. This is the best fit aesthetically for such a bike. We even managed to find a nice smallish rack bag to put on this rack. Bigger bags won’t really fit. Overall this is nicely contructed rack which might require some small modifications for smaller bikes to sit level. If you have a benchtop vise, you can bend the rack arms in a couple minutes to fit perfectly. I’ve had this rack for a little over a year now, and I’ve got no issues to report. I don’t use a rack-top bag, so the fact that it’s narrow isn’t an issue. I chose this because it was the cheapest decent-looking rack I could find. I use it with my Banjo Brothers waterproof panniers, and everything works perfect. The paint has scraped off in some places, but I don’t really mind. Also, it’s obscenely light. Not sure how it’s as light as it is while still being sturdy.
