There are no instructions. Still do not know how to get them. Waste of time and money. Why would be not included instructions?

I bought these clips for my new shoes from Shimano, I received the extra large. They still didn’t fit my shoes as the toe is wide. However, the straps that come with the clips are really Wellgo, I’ve found to be a long-term brand. The tapes also have plastic that covers the part you have to move the thumb to loosen, while some more expensive that I have seen are only metal that often is not too soft. Same goes for belts alone. And unless you have shoes that are really wide in the toes, like mine, the clips should work fine.

It worked perfectly! It was precisely its purpose. My son was a bit too short for his bike and these were exactly the right size for fit you there just. Also a great grip gave his feet by what can be mounted with confidence. You can not beat the price.

The blocks are hollow with ribs of stiffness in the back. Them bending and “creaked” when I used them in my exercise bike. The rubber envelope seems reasonably durable and blocks may be sufficient for small children tricycle riding, but they are not suitable for the widespread use of adults.
