The product itself is of hih quality for sure. It is a good amount of money for a bike rack but should be around forever. I have 3 kids and 6 bikes in the gargae and needed something like this to contain all the bike mess as it is has become a almost obsession to keep my garage clean and organized. I had issues with shipping as it it seems like many did, the pieces of the rack came but no hardware. Contacted Allen who oapologized and sent them out.. Do not botehr calling Amazon directly unless you hae time to burn and want to achieve nothing.
Overall, ery good rack that plan to haveas the bikes get bigger and kids gets older. I could of gotton cheaper rack but did not want tthe rack to move each time a bike was placed in it, this will not happen with a 75 pound bike rack
